About Us

Founded in 2016 as an independent alternative investment firm with offices in New York, ARC Fiduciary is dedicated to the pursuit of sustainable investment management without compromising risk-adjusted returns. Our team has a wide breadth of institutional investment experience and was founded with the intention of applying investing expertise and rigor to deliver outperformance and the achievement of societal goals.


The ARC principals and employees have previously managed significant investor capital, most recently working together as the dedicated in-house team for APG Asset Management, Europe’s largest pension fund asset manager, with approximately $470 billion AUM as of December 2016.

Dempsey Gable spent 8 years at APG asset management where he served as Managing Director, member of the US Executive Board and Fund Manager for the $5.5 billion Opportunity Fund. Under Mr. Gable’s direction, the fund invested opportunistically across the capital stack in direct equity and debt, as well as primary fund investments. Paulus Ingram spent 6 years in leadership roles at APG Asset Management in Amsterdam and New York. As Head of Hedge Fund Investments at APG, he was responsible for a $23 billion program. Prior to running the hedge fund program, Mr. Ingram was a Senior Portfolio Manager on APG’s Opportunity Fund. Additionally, Mr. Ingram served on APG’s Sustainable Development Investments Task Force and APG’s Sustainability and Governance team. Steven Bloom is a seasoned investment professional. Mr. Bloom spent 8 years at APG Asset Management, including 5 years as a Portfolio Manager on APG’s Opportunity Fund. During his time on APG’s Opportunity Fund, he underwrote and managed a portfolio of more than $1 billion of investments.

Andrew Wilder has served in an independent CFO role on behalf of APG for two portfolio investments. Mr. Wilder has over 20 years’ experience in the alternative asset management industry, where he held various leadership roles in building and managing businesses. Having previously served as Controller of a portfolio investment of the APG Opportunity Fund, Darice Bochniak brings over 16 years of experience in finance and audit to Arc Fiduciary. Ms. Bochniak served as Controller for FE Global Clean Energy from 2008 to 2016, where she was responsible for all accounting, audit, compliance, and reporting. She also served as Senior Tax Accountant at KPMG. Pravin Patil has spent 6 years in various roles at ABN AMRO Bank in Amsterdam and New York. Heather Langsner leads La Francaise Center of Climate Excellence. She has been the Senior Analyst and Global MD of Portfolio Analytics at La Francaise Inflection Point Capital Management (LFIP) for the past 3 years. In that role, she developed two flagship portfolio strategies including “Carbon Zero”— a public equity concentrated strategy delivering net negative carbon emissions through a proprietary method that involves measuring and standardizing the reported energy output reported by next generation utilities and renewable energy companies. . .

Mr. Bracebridge Hemyng Young, Jr. was at Mariner Investment Group, LLC for 11 years, where he was Chief Executive Officer and Partner. Previously, he was a Managing Partner at Shawkemo Investment Partners. Mr. Young was a Managing Partner at Goldman Sachs International, where he headed fixed income and foreign exchange groups with an international focus. Mr. Young is a Member of the Advisory Board at Summer Street Capital Partners, L.L.C. and serves on numerous corporate and charitable Boards. He holds an M.B.S. from the Stern School of New York University and a B.A. from Bowdoin College.

Yasemin Saltuk

Yasemin Saltuk Lamy is a thought leader in impact investing, with over a decade of experience in financial markets. Currently, at Omidyar Network, she is working to build out a new portfolio focused on including individuals in the formal economy by enabling digital identity. She serves on the strategy function for the firm, helping to guide corporate and portfolio-level strategy, as well as publishing on Omidyar Network’s approach to impact investing (see Across the Returns Continuum, SSIR, 2016).

Prior to Omidyar Network, she built several practices at J.P. Morgan, most recently leading the Social Finance business in Europe. In this role, she worked with both issuer and investor clients on their impact investment strategies, structuring funds, constructing portfolios and publishing analytical research for investors in the market. Her report, Impact Investments: An Emerging Asset Class (JPMorgan, 2010), is widely recognized as the seminal work introducing impact investments to mainstream investors. Her research produced the largest data set for the market and her publications are referenced and utilized by practitioners and academics alike. She also helped to catalyse two impact funds: The Global Health Investment Fund and the Dementia Discovery Fund. She currently serves on several impact investment advisory boards, and has been a contributing author to several publications including with the World Economic Forum, the OECD, and the G8 Social Impact Investment Task Force. Prior to joining JPMorgan Social Finance, Yasemin covered alternative investments and then credit derivatives in Europe, where she and the team were ranked #1 by Institutional Investor and awarded Risk magazine’s Derivatives Research House of the Year. She holds a BA in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MSc in Financial Mathematics from King’s College London.
